Dear donkey enthusiast,

Thank you for your interest in Flight of Fancy Miniature Donkeys. We have a small select herd of top quality Miniature Donkeys. Over the past twenty years we have searched the U.S. and Canada for Miniature Donkeys with excellent conformation, pedigrees and temperament. We have Miniature Donkeys in a variety of colors, including gray, dark brown, black, sorrel and spotted. All our brood jennets are from thirty to thirty three inches tall. We carefully choose our breeding pairs for the best possible progeny with conformation and temperament our first priority.

Our foals are imprinted at birth and handled frequently at the early ciritcal stages to produce a well socialized, firendly, people-loving companion. We worm our foals every month and after a year every two months. Starting at a few weeks of age, we have the farrier trim our foals hooves so they will be used to being handled. We continue to trim their hooves every month for the best possible start for growing legs. Generally, we wean our foals at four to six months depending on their individual growth and development.

All our Miniature Donkeys are guaranteed for health and we also guarantee fertility if sold as a breeding animal. Whe you purchase a Flight of Fancy Miniature Donkey, we are available for advice and information anytime after the Miniature Donkey is sold. We keep in close contact with many of our customers and always welcome pictures and updates on their Miniature Donkeys.

If a purchaser cannot keep their Miniature Donkey for any reason, we request that they give us first refusal on the animal. We take our responsibility as Miniature Donkey breeders very seriously and want to place our Miniature Donkeys in the best possible homes. Our herd is kept small so we are able to give time and attention to our animals as well as our customers.

Below we have listed some resources we hope will be helpful. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
